JnJ uses a variety of postage methods to give you the best value and fastest service for your needs.

- 0.0 kg - 0.5 kg - $11.55

- 5.0 kg - 10.0 kg - $23.95
- 10.0 kg - 20.0 kg - $29.95
Above 20kg will be determined and emailed once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.
Pick Up - $0.00
This option is ONLY available to people who can pick up from Caboolture South, Qld.
If you choose this option, and cannot pick your order up, postage payment will be required before your order is shipped.
IF YOU HAVE NOT PICKED YOUR ORDER UP:
If you select the pick up option, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.
If you do not pick your order up within 2 weeks, or arrange a postage payment to have your order shipped, you will receive a reminder email.
If you still do not pick your order up, or make other arrangements, a third email will be sent approximately a month later.
If you order is not picked up and no payment is made to ship your order, your order will no longer be availabe after 3 months of the original email date.
JnJ has limited space and we cannot keep orders sitting on our shelves for months and months. Unfortunately, you will forfeit your entire order and no refund or credit will be offered.
Handling (Aust Post)
Order on Monday - Thursday BEFORE 9am: Your order should be sent same day*
Order AFTER 9am Thursday OR on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday: Your order will be sent the following Monday*
*PLEASE NOTE - We are a small team that manufacture large amounts of juice daily to get the best, freshest liquid out to you ASAP! In periods of high demand there may be a short wait on your order so if you need your goods by a certain date PLEASE make contact first to ensure you will receive your order in time.

Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order in metro areas; per Australia Post shipping times unless you have selected express shipping. Australia Post guarantees next day delivery with the express shipping network.
Courier delivery is ROAD freight and has very similar delivery times to Aust Post STANDARD - in some cases, even longer.
If your order is more than 5kg and you need speedy delivery, please contact me so I can organise a quote for express courier services.
The courier service used by JnJ is morning pick up only. Your order will not be shipped out until the following morning of your order being placed.
Order on Monday - Thursday : 1 day handling time required.
Order BEFORE 9am : courier pick up next morning.
Order AFTER 9am : courier pick up may not be until 2 mornings later.
Order on Saturday : courier pick up will be on Tuesday morning.
Order on Sunday : courier pick up will be on Tuesday morning.
From time to time, JnJ can become extremely busy. This typically happens when there is a sale on, or if a staff member has been sick and unable to work. And on Mondays. You won't always know about this, but we do try our hardest to keep customers informed.
In these times, orders will be delayed.
Please allow 48 (business) hours to receive an email of shipment notification. We are generally very, very busy during these times and cannot answer emails requesting information on where your order is unless at least 48 (business) hours have passed.
We do deeply appreciate your patience and understanding and we know that without your patience and understanding, we wouldn't have a job!
Authority to Leave
JnJ orders (including concentrate buy orders) are all dispatched using "Authority to Leave" or "Safe Drop".
If your home or postal address is NOT safe to use Authority to Leave or Safe Drop you MUST leave a note at the checkout to have this option enabled on your parcel.
JnJ will NOT be held responsible if parcels are left or safe dropped and cannot be located by the receiver.
Your order will NOT be replaced if this is the case.
Your tracking number will be entered into your order on the day it gets posted out.
